  HOSPITAL DRAWINGS

While a hospital patient this spring, I started using graphite and charcoal sketches to get ideas for future drawings.  Doing this in a hospital bed was a challenge but it was also rewarding in that I could demonstrate you can do art in almost any setting.   "Still Riding," went from a sketch to a 11x14 graphite and Conte pencil drawing, famed and hanging at IYE Gallery.  Some of the other drawings shown here have been developed into pastel and other dry media drawings and others are waiting their turn.
